Project Overview:
Our recent project focused on enhancing a key property by addressing critical restoration needs as outlined in the appraisal. The primary objective was to revitalize the main building entrance, which included:
- Debris Removal: Clearing out all unwanted materials to prepare for the restoration work.
- Brick Wall Restoration: Rebuilding and repairing the historic brick walls to their former glory.
- Landing, Steps, and Handrails: Restoring these essential elements to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
Key Challenge:
One of the significant hurdles in this project was replacing a custom limestone step. Unlike standard-sized limestone, our client needed a bespoke solution with precise dimensions—10 feet wide and 6 inches thick. Thanks to a local supplier, we expedited the custom limestone step to meet the project deadline, ensuring no delays in the closing process.
