Situated in Irving Park, this condominium kitchen renovation aimed to modernize the space with all-new features. The kitchen, located on an enclosed porch at the first level, suffered from poor insulation. To address this, we added 6 inches of closed-cell insulation to the perimeter walls and floor joists.

The project included installing new cabinets, countertops, a backsplash, appliances, and a workstation sink. We also repaired the exterior wall and updated the rough plumbing, extending the scope of the renovation.
