01 - What is included in the Full Package of Drawing?
The Full Package includes detailed drawings for major home additions or renovations, featuring MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) plans, design feasibility reviews, and a complete set of drawings ready for bidding. 02 - What is E-Design and how does it work?
E-Design offers a remote design service via Zoom. You’ll receive 3D renders, elevation views, and material selections without needing an in-person visit. This service provides flexibility, allowing you to visualize and refine your design from anywhere.
03 - How much does it cost Design Service?
The initial consultation call is FREE and requires no commitment. Our design service package starts at $899 plus tax and includes a cost estimate meeting once the design is complete. This package features on-site measurement, a virtual meeting with designers, design finishes, material selection with a materials list, and 3D renders with elevation views.
