Project Overview:

Our client approached us with a tight deadline, needing a comprehensive scope of work delivered within just three to five days to align with their home closing date. The home, a foreclosure property, required extensive renovations and repairs to meet livable standards. Here’s how we tackled the project:

Critical Repairs:

One of the most pressing issues was repairing extensive water damage from a busted pipe. We discovered 18 leaks that required 16 hours of meticulous repair work to resolve.

Scope of Work:

  • Tuckpointing and Brick Replacement: Addressed masonry issues on both sides of the building to restore structural integrity and appearance.
  • Porch Replacement: Replaced two wooden porches, including the entryway and party deck, to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
  • Roof Replacement: Installed a new shingle roof along with plywood, ensuring long-term durability and protection.
  • Iron Work: Repaired the garage gate and updated the supporting beam for improved stability and security.
  • Mold Remediation: Conducted thorough mold remediation in the basement to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
