This project involved a light renovation aimed at enhancing the apartment for staging purposes. We updated the walls with a modern gray tone, performed light patching to smooth out imperfections, and painted the doors and trim for a fresh look. The original cherry-colored flooring was refinished to maintain its classic appeal while restoring its luster. These updates collectively created a polished and inviting space, perfect for showcasing the apartment’s potential to prospective buyers.
